1. Cancellations

You may cancel any subscription or service before its renewal date. Once canceled:

• Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No further charges will occur.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided under the following condition:

• If the purchased digital product or service is not delivered or made accessible after a successful payment.
• No refund will be provided after the product or service has been successfully delivered.
• Consultancy services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Exceptions

Refund requests for delivered digital products or completed consultancy services will not be accepted.
